We are very pleased to share with you the latest updates on two of our managed ladies, the MV Wilson Drogheda and MV Wilson Davanger, both owned by Company Wilson ASA, currently undergoing their third-class renewal via DNV and the installation of ballast water treatment systems in Szczecin, Poland.

We also took the opportunity to install new IT Hardware and new fleet management software SERTICA incl appropriate training for our officers on Board.

Our outstanding team and partners at place are hard at work to ensure the highest standards of safety, quality, and environmental protection for these vessels for which we commend and thank them and wish them continued success.

We would like to start the new year by wishing all our colleagues, employees, partners and especially all our ship's commands, their crew and their families a successful and healthy new year 2023.

Furthermore, we would like to start the year with some very pleasant news:

Wessels Reederei is pleased to announce that the already concluded contract for 2 DAMEN Combi freighters 3850, which will be delivered in the second quarter of 2023, has been extended by one additional unit. The new building will bear the following name:

- WES MADITA

On 29th of November, Newbuilding MV WILSON FLEX IV / IMO 9911460 / Flag: Portugal, Madeira / DNV Class has been delivered to Owners RHAS by Shipyard DAYANG Offshore, China.

This is the third out of five contracted newbuildings delivered to the owners in 2022, with the remaining two newbuildings expected to be delivered in early 2023. After completion of the maiden voyage from China to Europe, the vessel will be chartered in by WILSON and will be used for the transport of general cargoes, but also, due to the innovative design and other outstanding features, preferably for the transport of project cargoes.

We have been entrusted with the management by the ship owner and thank you for the trust you have placed in us.

On 15th of November, WESSELS Reederei took over the management for MV CYGNUS / IMO 9197428 / Flag Portugal, Madeira / RINA Class.
In total, WESSELS Reederei is now managing four geared MPV Vessels for Company Blue Marlin, all trading between south Coast US and Northeastern Part South America.
